Leadership Seminar
On a recent zoom call with pastors from the region, Pastor Kevin had Bonnie Eastlack share portions of a seminar she leads called "How to Lead a Healthy Team." When the pastors on the call requested more information, Bonnie agreed to come to BWC to hold a more complete seminar.
On Saturday, August 20 from 9AM-12PM, Bonnie will share on one of the most requested topics she receives: How to Deal with Difficult Behavior. Anyone who leads a team of employees or volunteers will find these insights beneficial.
As a team leader, this seminar will help you to...
1. Have an awareness in developing "proactive" and "reactive" team-building skills
2. Identify the differences between difficult behavior and normal behavior
3. Understand the roots of difficult behavior
4. Develop positive communication and confrontational skills
The seminar is free to attend. Please RSVP by August 14 through Church Center, Facebook, or by signing up on your Connect Card, indicating how many of your co-workers, employees, or friends we can expect.
