BWC Residency Program

At BWC we see the value in investing in young leaders. Through our two-year residency program, individuals get to experience and participate in full-time local church ministry. Residents assist with various projects and opportunities based upon, but not limited to, their ministerial concentration. Our goal is to give individuals the experience they need to learn and grow in their calling.
